The Base - $399

Perfect for enhancing already established lawns

  • Applied in the second half of May at the earliest - this gives the grass the nutrients it needs for a quick green up and recovery after winter

  • Full application at the same time as the Spring Fertilizer, and more throughout the season if needed - this selectively kills dandelions, clover, and thistle, while not affecting the grass. Safe for pets and people once dried.

  • Goes down roughly one month after the spring fertilizer - this is the highlight of the programs. It’s a premium slow release fertilizer that lasts 8-10 weeks. It is the exact fertilizer commonly used on golf courses roughs and fairways, meaning we don’t need to keep coming back for monthly fertilizer top ups.

  • The final application of the year - early September. This gets your lawn through the final month of the growing season while also setting it up for winter. It gives it the right nutrients for strength and hardiness throughout the winter ensuring a quicker spring green up the following year.

  • Pricing is based on lawns up to 3,000 sq ft

    • For larger lawns (e.g., 6,000 sq ft), the price will not double. Contact us for a custom quote.

  • Watering after Application - Water your lawn after fertilizing to help nutrients absorb and prevent sun damage.

  • Service frequency - We visit 3-4 times per season, with email notifications a day or two in advance to confirm the date and ensure you're available to water.
